Problem with customer service: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

Chase Bank had issued me a cashiers check for a closed business account that I had with them. But they issued the cashiers check under my closed business name and the bank wont cash the check because that business name is no longer operating, I provided proof that I was sole owner of that business and that I do not do business under that entity anymore but nobody at the bank has been able to help me or give me any information on how to get it cashed they gave me a phone number to call and they told me the bank should be able to cash it to write my personal name on check next to the business name but when i took the check to the bank they tild i wasnt suppose to write on a cashiers check and its been back and fourth every single peron, memebr manager and supervisor has told me something different soo now I have a chase cashiers check that are unable to cash it has been the worst experience ever with chase it has been 2 monthe of fighting with thwm over getting this check cashed
