Other transaction problem: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

I made a phone call to PayPal to notify them that my information that they have on file is outdated it does not serve at this time or in this year. After that phone call they made it inconvenient for me to fix the issue this was a security measure that I am telling them it is wrong based on the date. But for whatever reason only they would know they would not fix it nor address it. This is beyond frustrating for me.
