Opening an account: Checking or savings account

I am trying to open a free checking account. I meet all legal requirements under Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act. I have a valid, unexpired State Driver 's License and a physical Social Security card. My current physical address is printed exactly on the front of my Driver 's License. The bank 's automated online system is denying me service based solely on automated third-party credit bureau data sweeps because I have a thin file. I am requesting a federal compliance intervention to force the bank to conduct a manual review so I can upload my physical government ID and SSN card to open this account. I do apologize for this inconvenience but my means are very limited and I require an online banking account to conduct future business.
