transaction dispute involving a food purchase. I used PayPal to pay for a food order. The item I received was not what I ordered. This was not a quality issue, but a fulfillment error, as I received a completely different item than what was originally purchased. I opened a dispute through PayPals Resolution Center requesting a refund. However, PayPal denied my claim despite the fact that I received the wrong item. I believe this decision was incorrect because the item I received does not match what I paid for, and I was not provided the service or product I ordered. A fair resolution to this issue would be for PayPal to reopen the case and issue a full refund for the transaction, or to conduct a proper review of the evidence showing that the item delivered did not match the order placed. If PayPal believes the denial is correct, I request a clear written explanation outlining the specific reason for the decision.
