Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I have been hacked and someone has used my card online and did multiple purchases and I have filed this claim 2 times and of course td bank didnt investigate with the merchant its been 3 months and they didnt reach out to the merchant they just reavers the provisional credit for the reason login attempts during the transactions which I have already stated that I was hacked and you guys didnt file for charge back
