American Express is charging me excessive high interest rate and receiving false info for my credit history then making it difficult for me to pay of the balances i froze usage of the card and trying to pay it off but the interest rate is extremely high i requested a decrease in interest rate but was refused by representative i need them to lower the rate so i can pay it off and cancel the card
