Communication tactics: Debt collection

Bridgecrest has been contacting me and my wife everyday for a car loan payment that is late. They have made contact with us daily, they call my wife then me. I have asked them repeatedly to stop harassing us. Today we both got called in the early am again and got into a huge verbal altercation on the phone from their harassment. This is to the point we are looking at changing our cell phone numbers. We have been communicating with bridgecrest since the due date, made a partial payment and told them I am j employed and we are working on it. They continue to call everyday all hours of the day. Please help this harassment has put so much stress on our family.
