Closing an account: Checking or savings account

Pay pal closed my account for suspicious activity. I informed them that the account is used for the collection of funds for a church in which I do outreach to the homeless and also is used by my friends and family to send funds to me. They are not trying to resolve the matter and I need access to the platform to continue with the work my wife and I do for the homeless
