Written notification about debt: Debt collection
I am filing this complaint against Transworld Systems , Inc. regarding an alleged debt that I dispute in its entirety. I do not recognize this account and have requested validation of the debt. To date, Transworld Systems has failed to provide sufficient documentation proving that I am legally obligated for the alleged debt. I have requested competent evidence showing that I entered into a contractual agreement for this account, including documentation identifying the original creditor, a complete accounting of the debt, and proof of Transworld Systems ' legal authority to collect. Additionally, I dispute any credit reporting associated with this account. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), information furnished to consumer reporting agencies must be accurate and verifiable. I have reason to believe the information being reported is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unverified. I further notified the company that this account may be the result of identity theft, mistaken identity, unauthorized use of my personal information, or mixed-file reporting. Despite my dispute, the company has continued collection efforts and/or reporting without providing adequate evidence to substantiate the alleged obligation. I am requesting that Transworld Systems provide : Complete validation of the alleged debt. The name and address of the original creditor. The date the account was opened and allegedly defaulted. A complete chain of assignment or ownership of the debt. Documentation demonstrating that I am legally responsible for the account. Proof that all required notices were sent in compliance with federal law. Documentation supporting any information reported to consumer reporting agencies. If Transworld Systems can not provide competent evidence establishing that I am responsible for this alleged debt, I request immediate cessation of collection activity and deletion of all related credit reporting. I believe the company 's actions may violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), including 15 U.S.C. 1692e, 1692f, and 1692g, as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), including 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ), 1681i, 1681s-2, and 1681c-2 if identity theft is involved.
