Trouble during payment process: Mortgage

I am requesting assistance regarding the Private Mortgage Insurance ( PMI ) on my mortgage loan. Based on the current value of my property and the amount of equity I have accumulated, I believe I may qualify for PMI removal. However, I have been unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution from my mortgage servicer.
