Struggling to repay your loan: Student loan

I have been unable to reach anyone at MOHELA regarding my federal student loans despite repeated attempts by phone and online. My loan forgiveness paperwork has not been reviewed or processed, and I have received no updates or explanations for the delays. Additionally, my repayment plan was changed without my knowledge or consent. I was not notified of this change, and it has caused confusion and financial stress. I have made multiple attempts to contact MOHELA to resolve these issues, but I have not been able to speak with a representative or receive any meaningful assistance. The lack of communication and the unauthorized change to my repayment plan have prevented me from managing my loans properly and may negatively affect my eligibility for forgiveness programs.
