Struggling to pay mortgage: Mortgage

I have applied for a succesir of interest. My home was bought during our marriage. I have tried numerous times for a payment plan and have been ignored. My husband doesnt want a payment plan and wants me out of the home. I have rights as a home owner to request forbearance.
