Problem with the payoff process at the end of the loan: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

I paid off my balances and tried to close my account. I was told I had to wait 30 days. Its been way past 30 days and they refuse to close my account. But they report to the credit bureaus that they closed my account. Im attaching documentation.
