Problem with additional add-on products or services: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

I am providing the necessary documentation for this open merchant dispute regarding gross Merchant Misrepresentation and Contradictory Contract Terms. The merchant induced me into this high-ticket financing agreement by providing a signed 'Refund Guarantee Addendum ' ( attached ). However, upon opening their service portal, their main terms explicitly state 'No refunds or cancellations shall be issued under any circumstances ' ( attached ). This is deceptive contract engineering designed to trap consumers into inescapable loans. I have immediately revoked my access after i consumed 3 videos of course material, and sent a formal contract cancellation notice to the merchant via email ( attached ). Please void this fraudulent loan account immediately.
