A company was paid over $1500.00 on the charge card and went out of business. The credit card company denies that I sent them anything concerning the many disputes repeatedly filed with them about this charge. I repeatedly sent proof and they have proof and confirmed it. I never received the services paid for and am due a refund. The credit card company promises each time to investigate, waits a long time, then sends a letter of denial stated that they received nothing from me. They never contacted the that company or do any investigation. Its just a ridiculous exercise in futility. This is the second bad creditor I have disputed with this credit card company and they do the exact same deceptive nonsense. Its the TJX credit card from Syncrony Bank. Please help me. Thank you.
