Opening an account: Checking or savings account

I am submitting this statement to formally report that I ama victim of identity theft. My personal credential- including my name, Social Security number, and other identity information were used without my knowledge or consent to fraudulently open financial accounts in my name. The perpetrator ( s ) also deposited counterfeit checks into these accounts, furthering compounding the fraudulent activity and creating a pattern of financial crime carried out under my identity.
