Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I tried for hours to get Navy federal to help me understand how or why scheduled transactions were happening and they just kept saying its me even after providing several screenshots of my account and what transactions I did ( more proof can be sent to didnt upload cause I didnt know what all would be publicized )
