Getting a credit card: Credit card

A credit card was opened in my name without my knowledge or authorization. I did not apply for, open, or use this account.This account is a result of identity theft. I have already filed a FTC IdentityTheft Report and submitted supporting documentation. I am requesting that this fraudulent account be blocked and removed from my credit report under FCRA S605B.
