False statements or representation: Debt collection

I am filing this complaint because Credit Control LLC is reporting an alleged debt of $890.00 on my credit report that I dispute. I have concerns regarding the accuracy and validity of this account. I request that Credit Control LLC provide complete validation of the alleged debt, including documentation showing I am legally responsible for it, an itemized accounting of the balance, and proof that they have the legal authority to collect it. If they can not provide sufficient documentation to verify the debt, I request that they immediately cease all collection efforts and remove the account from all consumer reporting agencies. I also request that they investigate the accuracy of the information being reported and correct or delete any inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA )
