I am filing a formal complaint regarding inaccurate and unverified information being reported on my credit file by LVNV Funding LLC. I have previously sent written requests for validation and correction of this account. I have not received any documentation proving that this account is accurate, belongs to me, or has been properly verified. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I have the right to request verification of disputed information. To date, the company has failed to provide any supporting documents, including a signed agreement, itemized statement, or proof of obligation. What I Am Requesting : * Immediate investigation of this account * Full deletion of this account from my credit report if it can not be properly verified * Written proof of validation, including original creditor documentation, contract, and complete account history Impact : This unverified account is negatively affecting my credit profile. I am requesting a fair resolution in accordance with federal consumer protection laws. I have made prior attempts to resolve this directly with the company, but no response or validation has been provided.
