I requested the following and was denied : A formal, written payment count audit of all qualifying months toward IDR forgiveness.A detailed breakdown of how each period ( repayment, deferment, forbearance, and postconsolidation history ) was counted.Confirmation of whether my loans now meet the 25year IDR forgiveness threshold under the OneTime Adjustment.
