Dealing with your lender or servicer: Student loan

I have been reaching out to the company in attempt to pay my loans to take care of the pslf requirements. I have made 92 payments out of the 120. I have been reaching out to pay the rest of my payments for over the year and havent been able to reach anyone. I have also called the department of education. my loans should be forgiven by now.
