Communication tactics: Debt collection

I get about 10 to 15 calls a day from MCM. They call from different numbers every time. They all have a heavy accent and I can not understand anything beyond MCM. I tried telling them to stop calling me and send whatever they are calling about in the mail. Ive gotten no mail, and still oscene phone calls. Even on sunday!
