Closing an account: Checking or savings account

I had a checking account with Chime, I filed a dispute and they closed my account. I called them and they dont know why its closed. So I asked where would my money go that I disputed and the couldnt tell me anything helpful. Actually they just kept sending me to customer service then back to the fraud department. I have the phone recording saved in my phone. I just want my money, that was taking from me!!!!
