Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I see a debt under my name placed in collection but this is not mine and i dont know what is this exactly i have tried to resolve this and i had call multiple times to the phone number i have but this is still afecting me, actually i send a letter before asking to send me autentication of this debt and i also wanted to pay for delete, i wanted to pay the full amoun knoing is not actually mine but just trying to solve this.
