They say I owe this money but I do not I was part of the credit breach and I've had a lot of stuff just pop up on my credit and I have never been able to get the first thing

This collection was place on my file and I asked them to give me a true amount owed as I tried several attempts to return equipment. I was never given a different amount owed and was told they were simple a debt collector and they only collect on the debt and they had no other resources to help with the difference in the amount owed.

This debt collector has done unjustifiable practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. they didn't follow the proper 5-step validation procedure. According to the FDCPA, Im entitled to compensation for these violations and clearly, they violated my rights and abused my privileges. I demand this account be taken off immediately. Im stressed out and I feel violated

A legally binding contract requires clear consent from all parties, which is absent in this case. Additionally, the collector has failed to provide proper validation of the alleged debt as required under the FDCPA. Without sufficient documentation verifying the debts legitimacy, their continued reporting and collection efforts are unlawful. These actions constitute violations of my consumer rights. As a result, I demand the immediate deletion of this account from all reporting agencies. Failure to comply may result in further legal action, including claims for damages.

I am requesting validation of the alleged debt referenced in your recent communication, including the original creditor, the total amount owed, documents proving my responsibility for the debt, and proof that your company is authorized to collect it.

Im writing to file a complaint against TRUEACCORD C for violating my consumer rights under 12 CFR 1006.34 and 15 USC 1681-s2 ( 7 ) ( A ). Theyve added an inaccurate account to my consumer report without giving me the required validation info, as outlined in 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ). On top of that, I havent been given a chance to dispute the account, which Im entitled to under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ). Overall, their actions are not only against federal regulations but also misleading and deceptive.

I am disputing a debt in the amount of approximately $350.00 that is being reported by a third-party collection company. I do not recognize this debt and have no knowledge of ever having an account or financial obligation with either the collection agency or the company that allegedly originated the debt. To date, I have not been provided with any documentation proving that this debt belongs to me, that I entered into an agreement with the original creditor, or that the collection agency has the legal right to collect on the account. I have not received copies of any signed contracts, account statements, payment history, or other records linking me to this alleged debt. Additionally, I have not been provided with documentation showing that the collection agency purchased, was assigned, or otherwise obtained the right to collect this debt from the original creditor. Without such documentation, I have no way to verify the validity, ownership, or accuracy of the account being reported. Because I have not been provided with sufficient evidence that this debt is mine, I believe the reporting may be inaccurate. I am requesting that the company provide complete validation of the debt, including documentation identifying the original creditor, proof that the debt belongs to me, the amount allegedly owed, and proof of the collection agency 's authority to collect the debt. Until such documentation is provided, I dispute the accuracy of this account and its reporting.
