The company began collection activity and reporting a debt that I dispute. I contacted the company requesting validation of the debt, including proof that I am responsible for the account, a full itemized breakdown of the balance, and documentation showing the original creditor and full chain of ownership. Despite my request, I did not receive adequate validation or supporting documentation. Instead, the company continued collection activity and/or credit reporting without resolving the dispute. I requested that the account be verified or removed until proper validation could be provided, but the issue remains unresolved. I am seeking full validation of the debt or removal of the account from my credit report if proper documentation can not be provided.

This debt collector has done unjustifiable practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. they didn't follow the proper 5-step validation procedure. According to the FDCPA, Im entitled to compensation for these violations and clearly, they violated my rights and abused my privileges. I demand this account be taken off immediately. Im stressed out and I feel violated

This debt collector has engaged in conduct that violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). They are reporting an account that I did not authorize, and no signed agreement exists bearing my signature to validate any obligation. A legally binding contract requires clear consent from all parties, which is absent in this case. Additionally, the collector has failed to provide proper validation of the alleged debt as required under the FDCPA. Without sufficient documentation verifying the debts legitimacy, their continued reporting and collection efforts are unlawful. These actions constitute violations of my consumer rights. As a result, I demand the immediate deletion of this account from all reporting agencies. Failure to comply may result in further legal action, including claims for damages.

I dispute the collection balance being reported. I had payment arrangements in place with the original creditor and made multiple attempts to resolve the account. The balance reported to collections does not appear to be accurate, and I was not provided with a clear itemized explanation showing how the amount was calculated. I made good-faith efforts to address the account, but the matter was not resolved as promised. I am requesting a full investigation and documentation supporting the reported balance, as well as a review of the information being furnished to the credit bureaus.

Im writing to file a complaint against Credence Resource Management , LLC for violating my consumer rights under 12 CFR 1006.34 and 15 USC 1681-s2 ( 7 ) ( A ). Theyve added an inaccurate account to my consumer report without giving me the required validation info, as outlined in 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ). On top of that, I havent been given a chance to dispute the account, which Im entitled to under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ). Overall, their actions are not only against federal regulations but also misleading and deceptive.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the account that Credence Resource Management is reporting under my name. This account does not belong to me, and I did not authorize anyone to open or use this account. I have previously contacted your company regarding this matter and informed you that I am a victim of identity theft. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, the account continues to be reported on my credit report, causing harm to my credit history and credit score. Additionally, I have not received an identity theft packet, fraud packet, or any documentation explaining the steps required to investigate and resolve this dispute. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I request that Credence Resource Management conduct a reasonable investigation into this matter and provide documentation verifying that I am legally responsible for this account. If you are unable to provide such verification, I request that the account be immediately removed from all credit reporting agencies. I also request written confirmation of the results of your investigation and copies of any documents used to verify this alleged debt. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
