I am filing this complaint against Milestone/Concora Credit regarding their refusal to provide reasonable hardship assistance and their refusal to allow escalation of my concerns to a supervisor or higher-level representative.
On or about [ DATE ], I contacted Milestone to discuss my account and proactively seek assistance due to a temporary financial hardship. My goal was to avoid falling behind on my obligations and to work directly with the company on a reasonable solution. During this call, the representative informed me that no assistance was available and refused my request to speak with a supervisor or anyone higher in the chain of command.
I explained my circumstances and requested escalation because I did not believe the representative had the authority to fully review my situation or discuss alternative options. Despite multiple requests, I was denied access to a supervisor, manager, hardship department representative, or executive escalation team. I was effectively told there was no one else available to speak with regarding my concerns.
As a consumer acting in good faith, I find it unreasonable that I was denied the opportunity to discuss my account with a higher-level representative when I was attempting to prevent future delinquency and resolve the matter responsibly. The refusal to provide any escalation path left me without a meaningful opportunity to have my situation reviewed.
I am requesting that Milestone/Concora Credit : Conduct a formal review of my account and hardship situation.
Provide a direct response from a supervisor, manager, or executive customer relations representative with authority to review my case.
Explain why I was denied escalation when requested.
Review whether any temporary hardship, payment arrangement, deferment, or other assistance options may be available.
Ensure that consumers are provided a reasonable escalation process when they request management review.
I am seeking a fair resolution and an opportunity to work with the company in good faith before my financial situation worsens.
